My husband & I took a trip out west a few years back.
He had rented a Chevy Trail Blazer. At the time the company he had rented it from aloud unlimited mileage. When he picked up the SUV it had 1400 miles on it. We drove in it from Atlanta, Georgia to Key west, Florida. From Key west, Florida we drove that thing non stop to Seattle, Washington. From there we proceeded down the California west coast, it then went back to Georgia.

...by the way the GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE is not GOLDEN........it's RED!!!

Saw cows crossing the street
Saw tumble weed rolling across the highway
saw mountains with snow caps
Saw palm trees
Saw palm trees
Saw some of the most beautiful scenery, sunrises, sunsets, cloud formation, trees, oceans and much much more.
At one point we were at the southern most point you can be in Key west, Florida and then the next thing you know we were in Seattle, Washington. When we returned the rental car after 3 weeks, it had 15,000 miles on it..........in fact the man at the desk didn't believe us and had to go check for himself! That company no longer offers unlimited mileage!
Jenners! That is awesome! That HAD to be before you had children.... It would not have been pleasant with little people along for the ride!!
